I am not seeing the COD Payment option on the checkout page, why is that?

We deliver to more than 28,000+ pin codes but there might be some pin codes where COD might not be available. In that case, the COD option will automatically be disabled in your case. You can still use our 100% secure Prepaid option which allows you to pay via Credit card/Debit Card/UPI/Wallets/Net banking.

Why is my order still processing/pending?

Once the order is placed, the status changes to processing/pending. If you have opted for COD your order status will change to Pending and if Prepaid then Processing. This means that we have received the order and are at present creating fresh products as per your requirements. Once the products are ready, we dispatch it using our courier partners and you will start receiving updates for your order via SMS/E-MAIL. We normally take 24-48 hours to dispatch new orders.

Will the stickers leave any mark on my gadgets?

Nope! We love gadgets and that is why we use a premium, non-vinyl Stick It Up material for all products listed in our store. This makes the stickers REUSABLE! You can easily remove the sticker and re-align it, or stick it anywhere else. You can do this up to 99 times as long as you stick it on a clean dry surface. The stickers are dustproof, waterproof, and scratch proof.

Do your stickers have a matte or gloss finish?

All our stickers come with a premium matte finish.

Are your stickers weatherproof?

Yes, our stickers are weatherproof and properly laminated.

What are the policies for Returns & refunds?

We maintain a less than 1% defect rate. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us, and provide a photograph that indicates a problem. We will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue. Since each sticker is freshly made for you, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it or prefer a different product. The most important aspects of our returns & refund policies are:

  • We must be contacted within 72 hours from the delivery of any defects.
  • We require you to submit a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.
  • We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.
  • We will reproduce or refund your order within 5 days if we verify that we made an error.
  • We will use the original production time and shipping method when reproducing an order.
  • All sales are final.
What do you mean by a 100% satisfaction guarantee?
